We will not be responsible if an alternative person signs the goods other than the person ordering the product at the address shown at the time of the order.
As the proceedings are authorized by the cardholder, we will not be responsible for wrong addresses given at the time of placing the order.
The delivery will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
Delivering will be available only to the places that are near to us.
TGG will not be responsible if any damage happens to the product after delivery.
TGG will contact the customer for the first time and confirm the date, time, and address of delivery. If the delivery fails the first time we will contact you for a second time and will impose a delivery charge then. If the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, TGG will refund the entire order money to the Customer.
