Refunds are issued by our company in accordance with the following norms:
- Physical damage to the product: If the product is physically damaged, the customer must provide evidence that the damage occurred during transportation or was caused by our company. No refund will be issued if the damage is determined to have occurred from the customer’s side.
- Shipped product is different: If the received product is different from what was ordered, the customer is eligible to apply for a refund by providing sufficient proof as required by our company for verification.
- Received product has expired: If the product has expired at the time of receipt, a refund can be requested.
To initiate a refund, the product must be returned and the company will validate the reason for the refund. If the company determines that the refund request is genuine, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the decision of the company regarding refunds is final.
