Eating calcium rich food is the main part of the diet plan. Milk, cheese and other dairy foods are calcium rich. Have yogurts that are less in sugar. Also yogurt is a good dessert and comes in different flavours. They are good for bones and functions in weight loss.
Most of the fishes are rich in nutrients. Instead of eating fried meat, eat baked or grilled meat which is much more healthier and protein rich.
